Personal Training

Whether you’re training to lose weight and tone up or you want to improve your general fitness, my approach will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

No two people are the same and my friendly, motivating and patient approach to personal training and each session is carefully planned with your fitness goals in mind.

From high intensity interval training, cardio conditioning or weightlifting, I use a variety of proven techniques to deliver fast results and help you to lose fat, build muscle and increase your overall fitness capacity.

You’ll see an improvement in your performance, attitude and moods within your first couple of sessions.

 

Personal training sessions are currently held at The Underground Gym. in Tunbridge Wells and at Six Forty Personal Training studio in Southborough (just outside Tunbridge Wells).
